Return & Refund Policy

KETUO USA RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Please contact us before requesting any returns. (contact below)

Return/Warranty Policy:

  • Ketuo USA assures that the knife will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Our representatives will repair or replace it at no cost.
  • In case of replacement, we may replace the knife with the same model or an equivalent one. The original knife must be shipped to our designated address.
  • Any repairs performed on your knife by entities other than Ketuo USA will void the knife's warranty.
  • Alterations made to the knife will nullify the warranty.
  • Ketuo USA does not cover repairs for knives that have been misused (e.g., throwing).
  • Should a knife fail to function within its intended design, please contact our Ketuo USA representatives. (contact below)
  • Knives returned for warranty work that is determined not to be caused by the manufacturer will not be accepted.
  • Damages such as blade or edge issues, breakage from throwing or dropping, chipped edges or serrations, damage from improper sharpening, neglect-induced rust, or other blade-related problems are not eligible for blade replacement.
  • If any hardware is missing, kindly contact our representatives for replacements

Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Policy:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of our refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The timeline for credit returned to your original payment method varies depending on your card issuer’s policies. (But, usually within 3-10 business days.)
