What are your operating hours?
Our customer service team is available Monday-Friday,
8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST). But we are always quick to answer emails and take care of our customers, even afterhours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal and Venmo.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We strive to process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee changes once your order has been processed.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Currently, we only have distribution set up to fulfill orders shipped within the USA.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-10 business days to arrive. Occasionally orders can take anywhere from 7-16 days in some extreme situations (IE: Weather, Long distance, etc.). Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
Orders ship via UPS, USPS, and other available carriers. Tracking numbers will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also log in to your account to track your order status.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Returns are accepted for 30 days from the purchase date. Just email us directly at ketuousa@gmail.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, please contact us for a return authorization number and follow the instructions provided.
What is the warranty on your knives?
Ketuo and Rike Knives offer a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Please see our warranty page for more details.
Do you offer any discounts or coupons?
We occasionally offer discounts and promotions. You can sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay up-to-date on the latest offers.
Where can I find replacement parts for my knife?

Can I get my product personalized?
Sorry, we do not currently offer product customization by request. We do occasionally offer custom items and limited edition releases.
Do you offer sharpening services?
We do not currently offer sharpening services. However, we recommend using a reputable knife sharpening service or learning how to sharpen your knife yourself. Alternatively, you can contact your nearby dealer, as some may offer sharpening services or know reputable sharpening services
locally.
What's the best way to clean and maintain my knife?
- The best way to keep a knife clean is to wipe it down after every use. For less frequent cleaning, periodic cleanings will suffice.
- Use warm water and mild dish soap to thoroughly wash the knife, paying particular attention to the pivot and handle.
- Once clean and dry, consider applying Anti Rust Oil to maintain the blade's condition.
(Note: Disassembling your knife may void the manufacturer’s warranty.)
